Tentative settlement reached in case of Virginia death row exoneree Earl Washington, Jr.

Tentative settlement reached in case of Virginia death row exoneree Earl Washington, Jr. : Frank Green has this article in the Richmond Times-Dispatch, entitled "Virginia agrees to murder case deal," on the settlement offer made today by the State of Virginia to Earl Washington, Jr., who spent over nine years on Virginia's death row.
