Before me this day personally appeared
William F. Mathews, Physician's Assistant-
Certified, Florida State Prison, who being
duly sworn, deposes and says:
I have participated in approximately
twenty-plus (20) elective executions in the
State of Florida as a Medical professional.
As such, I have witnessed a variety of bodily
responses to the electrocution process.
