Florida AG's office witheld evidence and misrepresented facts during Federal Court hearings for Hill
We have now discovered that the Lethal Injection protocol for Fla had been rewritten on August 16, 2006.
Clarence Hill was denied evidentiary hearings in September on the grounds that the LI protocol has been unchanged since at least Jan, 2006 when Hill's hearing was first denied and therefore there was no justification for a late filing.
This new evidence would have validated the late filing.
Clarence Hill is today dead.
