Richey reminder: As noted in this earlier post, oral arguments before the US 6th Circuit Ct of Appeals in the Kenny Richey case are scheduled for January 24. The 6th Circuit's posting of the argument schedule for late January is now on the court's website here.
The oral argument proceedings will take place January 24, at 2:30 PM in the 6th Floor East Courtroom, Rm. 636, of the Potter Stewart U.S. Courthouse, 100 East 5th St., Cincinnati.
