No editorial response to Strickland decision to delay Biros execution: So far there has been no editorial response in the Ohio media to Friday's announcement by Governor-elect Ted Strickland that he will delay the execution of Kenneth Biros due to time constraints in reviewing the case ahead of the potential January 23 execution date.
