Sorry about the pun. I don't see why Doctors who deliberately kill their patients are not automatically struck off already. If they are struck off then the state would have to find another person to dispatch its citizens as that doctor would no longer qualify.

If the state confers anonymity it shouldn't be the work requiring a Sherlock Holmes to identify doctors signing prescriptions for large amounts of Potassium Chloride for a patient who quite shortly thereafter is declared dead of poisoning by the same doctor.
