The group will be headed by Max Changus, the DOC's assistant general counsel,
and will include Dr. Bonita J. Sorensen of the Florida Department of Health;
Electra Bustle, assistant commissioner of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement,
and George Sapp, DOC assistant secretary.
