Spirko attorneys to appeal US District Ct denial of stay of execution
Attorneys for John Spriko today filed notice of their intent to appeal the US District Ct's Dec. 6 denial of a stay of Spirko's April 17 execution date. Notice of appeal is here (1-page pdf).
