His execution would violate The Vienna Convention on Consular Relations;The Optional Protocol thereto; two Orders of Provisional Measures of Protection on his behalf by the World Court ; one Judgment by the World Court on his behalf; and the United Nations Charter.
Talk about lawless.you would have to go back to the Reagan administration's defiance of the World Court during the Nicaragua case to find something as bad as this.
