Highlighting Death Penalty Flaws
(16 Dec 06 - RV) In the United States, Govenor Jeb Bush of Florida has ordered the suspension of executions by lethal injection. The moratorium of the injection procedure comes after botched executions in California and Florida, required more than 30 painful minutes to kill condemned prisoners.
