We have seen a bunch of incompetent execution team members
Do you really think you can FIX them by training them?
Are you going to FIX their personality disorders?
And give them new weapons so they can kill better?
It is the same as opening the gates of death row and give them new guns and let them be trained to kill better, overlooking all their personality disorders.
Not very smart - but maybe the Florida socalled death penalty experts are not smarter?
This report is so childish and immature that one really asks who are these people?
Can they fool Florida so easily?
