The State has filed a petition for review of the non-final order entered by the
Circuit Court in the proceeding on relinquishment of jurisdiction in Case No. SC062391
in which the trial court granted Lightbourne’s motion for a view of the execution
chamber and to witness a walk through of the revised lethal injection procedures. The
State also moves this Court for a protective order from further discovery requests in
that proceeding.
