FOR AN IMMEDIATE UN MORATORIUM!
Hands Off Cain and the Radical Party ask the Italian government to present a resolution for a universal moratorium on capital executions at the ongoing UN General Assembly or during an extraordinary session to be convened at the request of the Security Council according to articles 8 and 9 of Assembly procedures.
Hands Off Cain asks that in the meantime support be gathered in favour of the resolution from states of all continents.
